UK Orders
Orders or emails will normally be confirmed or answered within one working day.
In the event you have received no reply within 3 days please
phone.
Terms
Payment with order using a credit card through Pay Pal.
All prices below exclude VAT.
Delivery
Normal delivery, (5-15days from receipt of order and approval of artwork) is
free of charge for orders over £150 before VAT within Mainland UK. A fee of
£11.75 Inc VAT would be charged on orders under £150.
Confirmation of despatch will be emailed.

Orders from outside the UK. Including the Channel Islands
Please contact us by email with your requirements we
then arrange a quotation including delivery.
Out of stock
In the unlikely event of an out of stock situation you will be contacted by
email. The Customer will have the following choices as appropriate.
1) Date stock will be available
2) Suitable alternative suggested
3) Instant re-fund of payment
Samples
Sample garments (unembroidered or unprinted) can be supplied at the single item
charge plus £3.00 P&P (This would not incur the minimum delivery charge of
£11.75)
Embroidery costs
£32.00 as a contribution towards the cost of embroidery origination.
The file will be kept ready for your next order.
£2.00 per embroidery for most designs up to 13,000 stitches.
Designs of over 13,000 stitches would incur a surcharge. You would be advised of
any surcharge before starting work.
£4.50 per embroidery on the back across the shoulders.
Embroidery position & number options
We can apply any number of embroidered designs to you chosen items.
The standard position for single designs on garments is on the left breast and
on caps or bags it would be on the front. Unless otherwise stated that is where
we would embroider them.
If you would like your design(s) positioned in a manner other than standard
please give the details at checkout.
We may need to adjust the design to make it suitable for embroidery. On
completion of origination we will email you the design for your approval as a
jpeg format graphic file.
Screen Printing Cost
£32 plus VAT as a contribution towards the cost of screen setup. The screen will
be kept ready for your next order. £2.50 plus VAT per print of up to A4 in size.
Please state position for printing at checkout.
Artwork
It is preferable to receive electronic artwork in either jpeg or tiff format.
This should be sent email
tf@polo-shirt.com. Please ensure that your artwork is
sent with a reference, such as the order number that you will receive when you
placing your order.
It is also possible to work from a clear image on a letter head or business card
posted to King Textiles. Please inform us that you have posted the artwork
using the printing & embroidery window at check-out.
Colours will be matched as best possible to the file or artwork received.
However if you need precise pantone matches please send us this information as a
closer match may be possible with this information.
Sizing
Garments sizes are approximate and given for guidance only, please look on the
sizes page for more advice as each original manufacturer has a slightly
different interpretation of generic sizes.
Returns
Returned goods are only accepted if they are damaged or wrongly supplied. In
this unlikely event please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA). No
goods will be accepted without a RA number marked clearly on the outside of the
package.
Schools, Universities, Government departments or large corporate clients
Requiring orders outside our quantity scales should contact us by email for a
quotation.
